3 to 4 chicken thighs
2 tablespoons bacon grease (yes you heard me right)
sour cream
salsa
various spices - parsley, cumin, red pepper, garlic powder
1 cup chicken broth

Fry chicken in bacon grease until browned. Add chicken broth and spices, cover, and let cook until you stab it and juices run clear. When ready to serve, dollop on some sourcream and salsa and enjoy! It's easy, festive and oh so good!
