    Chicken with Dried Beef

    1 pkg-dried beef – rinse and pat dry
    8 boned and skinned chicken halves
    8 slices bacon
    1-pint sour cream
    1 can mushroom soup
    ¼ c red wine
    Black pepper

    Recipe



    Slit each piece of chicken and stuff with a piece(s) of dried beef. Wrap with a strip of bacon and lay in square pan. Mix sour cream, soup and wine and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover with foil and Bake at
    350° for 1 hour
