In large skillet, add oil, garlic and chicken once cooked, add broth and harder veggies. Cook other veggies according to how long the might take to cook. save tomatoes for the very end once everything is cooked to your choice, some like veggies a little more crispy, turn off heat and add tomatoes and cheese.
