Bean Salad
List of Ingredients
14 - 16 oz. can green beans
14 - 16oz. can yellow wax beans
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
Bottled Italian Dressing (if you prefer, make a fresh vinegarette)
Recipe
1-Drain beans well and mix with onion and celery.
2-Pour the dressing over beans and toss.
3-Refrigerate 1 hour before serving -toss again just before serving.
Serve as is chop some fresh lettuce and mix that in just before serving. If using the lettuce, be sure to add extra dressing.
