Strawberry Spinach Salad

List of Ingredients




1 bunch spinach, rinsed well
10 lg. strawberries, sliced
1/2 c. Splenda (bulk)
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. white wine vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tbls.poppy seeds



Recipe



1- In a bowl, combine the spinach and strawberries.
2- In a blender, combine Splenda, salt, vinegar, oil and blend until smooth; stir in poppy seeds. Pour enough over salad to coat and toss.
