1 lb. peeled raw shrimp
2 T. butter, melted
1 sm. white onion, chopped, then rinsed
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (3-4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 jar 5 Brothers Alfredo Sauce
3/4 c. heavy cream plus 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. sherry (optional)
salt & pepper to taste

Saute the onions, parsley and garlic in the butter over medium low heat until tender; add the shrimp and cook for another five minutes or until the shimp look pink and are firm to the touch. Add remaining ingredients and slowly heat. DO NOT BOIL.
