Tomato Soup
List of Ingredients
1/2 medium onion,chopped
1 14.5 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 14.5 oz can chicken stock
1 Tbls. dried tarragon
1 c. heavy cream
salt and pepper -- to taste
1/2 cube butter
Recipe
Melt butter in sauce pan. Cook onions until clear. Add tomatoes, stock, tarragon and salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes. Let cool and add the heavy cream. Reheat and serve.
