Barbecued Tofu

List of Ingredients
1 lb. firm tofu, drained and cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 tsp. unsalted butter
1 c. barbecue sauceRecipe
Pat tofu dry with paper towels. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over med.-high heat. Saute tofu for 3 minutes. Turn and saute another 5 minutes.
Add barbecue sauce.
Remove from heat when sauce is just heated throughout.
