    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. firm tofu, cut into 1 inch slices
    1 clove garlic, cut in half

    1 tbls. paprika
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
    1 tsp. sage, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. cayenned pepper
    1/2 tsp. pepper

    2 tsp. unsalted butter

    Recipe



    Rub both sides of tofu slices with garlic.
    Combine the seasonings in a bowl and mix well.
    Press the seasonings into the tofu with hands to adhere.
    Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over high heat. When the butter just begins to turn golden, add tofu slices. Reduce heat to medium and cook 4-5 minutes per side or until tofu is golden and cooked throughout.

    Serves 4
