    List of Ingredients




    2 tsp. peanut oil (or other cooking oil)
    1 lb. firm tofu, cut into 1/2 inch slices
    1 tbls. grated fresh ginger
    1/4 c. mirin or sweet rice wine
    2 tbls. light tamai or light soy sauce

    Recipe



    Heat oil in heavy nonstick skillet over med.-high heat. Saute tofu 2 min. per side or until golden brown. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover pan and simmer another 2 minutes. Serve tofu with sauce
    Serves 4
