    Green Bean Cassarole

    List of Ingredients




    3 cans French Style Green Beans, rinsed and drained.
    1 pint sour cream
    2 tbsp water
    1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
    4 strips bacon, fried crisp and broken into pieces.
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    Pepper. Do not Salt these green beans, the parmesan is salty
    2 cups parmesan
    4 oz sliced mushrooms
    3 green onions, chopped

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350.

    Pour liquid off green beans, rinse, and drain. Pour green beans in a 9x13 casserole, which has been buttered. Mix together, pepper flakes, sour cream, worstershire sauce, pepper, set aside.Chop green onions and slice mushrooms.
    spread over top of green beans. Sprinkle bacon pieces on top of the green onions and mushrooms. Put sour cream mixture on and spread.
    Top with parmesan, spread evenly over top. Bake at 350, until top begins to brown, 20-30 minutes. If the green beans are bubbling, but the cheese isn't browning, turn it on broil for just a second.

    Let set for 10-15 minutes before serving.
