List of Ingredients




1 head of cauliflower or one bag frozen florettes only
4 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp butter
small amount of heavy cream or milk
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Boil the cauliflower; drain well. Add all other ingredients...blend until smooth with a mixer
