    • 32 OZ FROZEN HASH BROWNS
    • 1 LB COOKED LEAN HAM, CUBED
    • 1 DICED ONION
    • 1 DICED GREEN PEPPER
    • 1 1/2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEESE
    • 12 EGGS
    • 1 CUP SKIM MILK
    • 1 TSP SALT
    • 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. DIVIDE POTATOES, HAM, VEGGIES AND CHEESE SO YOU CAN CREATE SEVERAL LAYERS OF EACH IN THE CROCKPOT.

    2. START WITH THE HASH BROWNS, THEN HAM, ONIONS, PEPPERS, AND LASTLY CHEESE. REPEAT UNTIL YOU HAVE SEVERAL LAYERS OF EACH.

    3. BEAT EGGS, MILK, SALT AND PEPPER.

    4. POUR THIS OVER THE LAYERS IN THE CROCKPOT.

    5. COOK ON LOW FOR 10-12 HOURS OVERNIGHT.
