    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Large Chicken, Stewed, Deboned, and Diced
    • 1 Large Onion, Chopped
    • 1 Large Bell Pepper, Chopped
    • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
    • 1/2 lbs Grated Cheddar Cheese
    • 1 Can Rotel
    • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • 1 Bag Doritos
    • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt


    Instructions


    1. Stew chicken until done. Place Doritos in broth to soften. Combine chicken, onion, and green peppers. Mix soups with Rotel.
    2. Layer alternately with soften Doritos in large, buttered casserole. Doritos, chicken, soup mixtures,
      cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350.
    3. Maybe fixed ahead and frozen or refrigerated.
