List of Ingredients
- 1 16oz Cream Style Corn
- 1 Egg, Beaten
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 6 oz Grated Monterrey Jack Cheese
- 1 Cup Bisquick
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Can Chopped Green Chilies
Instructions
- Combine corn, bisquick, egg, oil, and milk. Spread 1/2 of mixture in 8x8 greased pan. Cover with
chilies and cheese. Top with remaining batter. Bake 30 minutes at 400 or until brown.
- May add additional chilies and cheese.
