    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Tbsp Butter
    • 1 Bunch of chopped Green Onion Tops
    • 2 Tbsp Flour
    • 1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
    • 1/4 Cup White Wine
    • 1 Tsp Salt
    • 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
    • 1/4 Tsp Tabasco
    • 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
    • 6 oz Grated American Cheese
    • 3 oz Swiss Cheese
    • 1 lbs Crawfish


    Instructions


    1. Microwave on high butter, onions, flour, whipping cream, wine, salt, pepper, tabasco and garlic powder. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir in cheeses and crawfish. Cover with wax paper and microwave 3 minutes, stir, and microwave 3 more minutes. Serve with crackers.
