Paula's Cinnamon Rolls

List of Ingredients
- 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
- 2 Pkg Yeast
- 5 Cups Flour
- 2 1/2 Cups warm water
- 1 Stick Melted Butter
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Pecans
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and 1 Tbsp sugar. Add cake mix and 2/12 cups of the flour. Beat 2 minutes, add rest of flour and beat well. Cover and let rise 2 hours. Punch down. Divide dough into 2 halves. Roll out 1 at a time to about 1/4-1/2 inch thick. Cover with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and pecans. Roll and slice into rolls and place into well buttered pan. Cover and let rise 2 hours. Bake at 350 for 12-15minutes. Butter again as soon as they come out of oven, the ice.
- For icing mix warm water, vanilla, and powdered sugar.
