List of Ingredients
- Fresh Pickler Cucumbers, 3 inch size
- Fresh Dill
- Fresh Jalapeno Peppers
- Fresh Garlic Pods
- Vinegar
- Pickling Salt
Instructions
- Prep: Wash cucumbers well. Run canning jars through dish water or wash by hand. Peel garlic
pods. Wash dill and peppers.
- Hot pickle solution: 1 quart water/1 quart vinegar 1/2 cup canning salt
Bring to boil.
- Heat jars but not to hot to handle. Pack in each jar, cucumbers, dill, 1 clove garlic, 1 pepper.
Pack tightly. Pour hot solution over cucumbers and wipe off rim of jar well. Tighten down.
Turn upside down on towel to seal jars.
