    Microwave Chocolate Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Baked Pie Crust
    • 1 Cup Sugar
    • 3 Heaping Tbsp Cocoa
    • 2 Egg Yolks
    • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
    • 5 Tbsp Flour
    • 1 1/4 Cup Milk
    • 2 Tbsp Butter
    • Cool Whip


    Instructions


    1. Mix Together sugar, cocoa, and flour in microwave safe bowl. Stir in milk. Wisk until wellblended.Cook on high for 3 minutes. Wisk out all the lumps. Repeat until medium thickness.

    2. Add the 2 yolks (mix a little of mix to yolks, blend then add) Cook until thickened. (2 mins at a time)Wisk. Stir in butter and vanilla.

    3. Pour into pie shell, cool, then top with cool whip

    4. *when mixing the 2 yolks, put the yolks in separate bowl, wisk in a small amount of the chocolate mixture and wisk till blended. Then add into chocolate. If you add the yolks into the original bowl, it can cause the yolks to "scramble".
