Microwave Chocolate Pie

- 1 Baked Pie Crust
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3 Heaping Tbsp Cocoa
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- 5 Tbsp Flour
- 1 1/4 Cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Cool Whip
Instructions
- Mix Together sugar, cocoa, and flour in microwave safe bowl. Stir in milk. Wisk until wellblended.Cook on high for 3 minutes. Wisk out all the lumps. Repeat until medium thickness.
- Add the 2 yolks (mix a little of mix to yolks, blend then add) Cook until thickened. (2 mins at a time)Wisk. Stir in butter and vanilla.
- Pour into pie shell, cool, then top with cool whip
- *when mixing the 2 yolks, put the yolks in separate bowl, wisk in a small amount of the chocolate mixture and wisk till blended. Then add into chocolate. If you add the yolks into the original bowl, it can cause the yolks to "scramble".
