    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Cans Beef Broth
    • 3 Large Yellow Onions
    • 1 Tbsp Flour
    • 1/2 Cup Red Cooking Wine
    • Sliced Swiss Cheese
    • 1/4 Cup Butter
    • 1 Tsp Sugar
    • 2 1/2 Cups Water
    • French Bread, Sliced


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in sauce pan. Cook onions. Add sugar and flour. Blend. Add rest of ingredients except bread and cheese. Simmer 10 minutes.
    2. In oven safe crocks fill with soup. Top with bread and cheese.
    3. Broil until cheese is bubbly.
