French Onion Soup

List of Ingredients
- 2 Cans Beef Broth
- 3 Large Yellow Onions
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 1/2 Cup Red Cooking Wine
- Sliced Swiss Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 2 1/2 Cups Water
- French Bread, Sliced
Instructions
- Melt butter in sauce pan. Cook onions. Add sugar and flour. Blend. Add rest of ingredients except bread and cheese. Simmer 10 minutes.
- In oven safe crocks fill with soup. Top with bread and cheese.
- Broil until cheese is bubbly.
