List of Ingredients
2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. Chile powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
2 tsp. Cumin
4 cloves Garlic, finely minced
1 large Onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
3 + 1/2 cups Water
Recipe
Fry Ground Beef until lightly browned. Drain. Add onion and garlic, cooking till soft. Add spices, and water, and simmer at med-low heat for 1 hour... stirring often.
Add the bread crumbs, and stir well. Add more water if too thick.
Now bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
Enjoy on Dogs or burgers.
*** NOTE: Adding the crumbs too early, (while simmering), will cause them to stick to the bottom of the pan, and BURN!!! ... Trust me, I know!
