List of Ingredients
- 2 # Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Chile Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp ground Pepper
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 4 cloves Garlic, finely minced
- 1 large Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
- 3 + 1/2 cups Water
- additional water if needed
Instructions
- Fry Ground Beef, until lightly browned.
- Add Onion, and cook until soft. Drain.
- Add garlic, spices, and water. Stir.
- Simmer 1 hour on Medium low heat. Stir often.
- Add Bread Crumbs, stir well, and add more water if too thick.
- Now bake at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour
Final Comments
NOTE: Adding the crumbs too early, while simmering, will result in them sticking to the bottom of the pan, and BURNING!!! Trust me...I know!
