    Grilled Sweet Potaotes

    Recipe Introduction

    2 Servings; 3 Points per serving

    List of Ingredients

    1 large sweet potato (about 12 oz.)
    2 tsp. dijon style mustard
    2 tsp. honey
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. snipped fresh rosemary (or 1/2 tsp. dried)
    Freshly ground black pepper.

    Recipe

    Pierce potato and cook in microwave for 6-8 minutes
    until tender, but still firm. Let cool, then peel
    and slice.

    In a separate bowl mix remaining ingredients.
    Place potatoes on grill and brush with honey-mustard.
    Cook for 2-3 minutes, turn and brush again with
    remaining sauce.
