    4 Servings; 4 Points per serving

    List of Ingredients




    8 oz ground turkey or beef (90% lean)
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup cooked rice
    2 cups Bavarian Style sauerkraut, drained
    1 3/4 cups Hunt's chunky tomato sauce
    1/2 cup water
    1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar Twin
    1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

    Recipe



    In a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Add rice, sauerkraut, tomato sauce, water, Brown Sugar Twin and parsley flakes. Mix well to combine. Lower heat. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    HINT:
    1) If you can't find Bavarian sauerkraut, use regular sauerkraut, 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds & 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar Twin
    2) 2/3 cup dry rice usually makes 1 cup cooked

    Serves 4 - Each serving equals:
