    1/4 Cup frozen pineapple-orange-juice concentrate
    1/2 Cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
    1/4 Cup water
    2 ice cubes, crushed

    In a blender combine all ingredients; blend until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.
