    Cinnamon Pecan Rolls

    Source of Recipe

    WW Boards

    Recipe Introduction

10 Servings; 3 Points per serving

    List of Ingredients

1 tube Pillsbury Reduced-Fat Crescent Rolls
1/4 cup sugar (or Splenda; doesn’t change points)
    1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
    3 Tbsp chopped pecans

    Recipe

Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove crescent roll dough from tube in one piece and place on cutting board. Press or pinch to seal up seams, so that you have one rectangular piece of dough. Sprinkle surface with sugar, cinnamon, and pecans, leaving a 1-inch strip bare along one lengthwise edge. Using your finger, dampen this bare strip with a little water. Starting with the edge opposite the bare strip, roll dough into a tube, jelly-roll fashion. Pinch the seam a little to seal. Cut crosswise into 10 rolls of equal thickness (kitchen shears work well for this, or a sharp serrated knife). Arrange the rolls cut-side up, with edges touching, in an 8" round cake pan which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
