1 1/2 c. (one 12 oz. can) Carnation Evaporated Skim Milk
1/2 c. water
2 tbs. pourable Splenda or Sugar Twin
2 tbs. Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
1/4 c. Cary's Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1 c. quick oats
1 c. cored, peeled and chopped cooking apples
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Recipe
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. Pour evaporated skim milk and water into prepared container. Stir in Splenda, Brown Sugar Twin, apple pie spice and maple syrup. Add oats, apples, raisins, and walnuts. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hrs. Mix well before serving.
Each serving equals: 234 calories, 6gm fat, 10gm protein, 35gm carbs, 160mg sodium, 268mg calcium, 3gm fiber.
