    2 Servings; 3 Points per serving

    List of Ingredients




    1 English Muffin (1 point English muffins, not available in all areas)
    1/4 Egg Beater
    1/8 Skim Milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    Cinnamon to taste
    1/8 cup of Lite Syrup

    Recipe



    Mix Egg Beater, milk & vanilla extract together in a small bowl to form mixture. Dip muffin into mixture, and cook on med high heat in frying pan or grill sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and cook till toasted on both sides. Add syrup for a great tasting, low fat anytime meal!

    Store remaining mixture for another muffin day!
