    8 Servings; 1 Point per serving

    List of Ingredients




    2 large potatoes
    1 envelop dry onion soup mix
    2 servings non stick cooking spray

    Recipe



    Peel and dice potatoes. Spray with cooking spray. Put into Ziploc baggie, pour soup mix on top and shake until coated.
    Spread onto baking sheet. Bake for 40-50 minutes(watch small pieces after 20 minutes)at 450.
