    8 Servings; 2 Points per serving

    List of Ingredients




    Crust: 2 Tbsp. Water
    ¾ c flour
    2 Tbsp. Powdered sugar
    3 Tbsp. ICBINB light soft

    Filling: 4 c. fresh strawberries, sliced (save 8 for the top)
    1 pkg. (4 serving) SF strawberry Jello
    1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
    1 c water

    Topping: ½ c Cool Whip Free

    Recipe



    For crust: Mix ingredients together, form into ball. Roll out. Press
    into 8” pie plate. Don’t poke with fork. Bake 10 – 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
    Poke bubbles to pop them. Place sliced strawberries in crust.

    For filling: Cook water and cornstarch until slightly thick. Remove
    from heat. Stir in Jell-o. Let cool a bit. Pour over sliced strawberries.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

    Top with Cool Whip.
