24 ounces pork loin, lean, boneless
1 Box stove Top Stuffing Pork
10 3/4 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup 98% fat free
6 ounces canned mushrooms
2 1/2 cups frozen chopped broccoli
5 oz milk, skim
Recipe
In a rectangular baking dish, lay the boneless pork chops on the bottom. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Next lay the frozen broccoli on the chops, salt and pepper if desired. Then the mushrooms, minus the juice. At that point mix the can of soup with 1/2 a can of 1% milk, mix, and pour over the layers. Mix the stuffing with "HOT" water according to box directions, minus the butter, then spread out evenly over the contents of casserole (last layer) Bake @ 350 for 45 min. to an hour, or until done.
