1 pound raw extra lean ground beef
1 medium onion(s)
1 cup celery
10 3/4 oz Campbell's (U.S.) 98% Fat-Free Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 cup water
8 oz canned mushrooms
1/2 cup uncooked white rice (not minute rice)
1 1/2 cup packaged chow mein noodles
Recipe
Brown ground beef in skillet, add onions and celery. Add soup, soy sauce, water, mushrooms, and rice. Cover and cook at 375 for 30 minutes, uncover and cook for 25 minutes longer. Add chow mein noodles, and cook 10-15 minutes longer.
