    24 Cookies; 2 Points per cookie

    List of Ingredients




    1 cake mix (lemon-chocolate-spice-orange etc)
    1/4 cup unsweet applesauce
    1/2 cup egg beaters

    Recipe



    Mix well. Batter will be thick.
    Spray pans. Drop by teaspoonful. Bake 350 until firm or brown.
