    1 box spice cake mix
    1 15-ounce can pure pumpkin

    Mix together and drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 350 for approximately 10 minutes or until firm. Allow to cool.

    These are soft and very good. You can freeze them in baggies according to how many points you want a snack to be.(I do 2 to a baggie for a 2-point snack).

    Note: you can also use a white or yellow cake mix and add 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice.
