Crock Pot Peking Pork Tenderloin

3 pounds pork tenderloin
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves garlic -- mashed
1 tablespoon corn starch
Recipe
Spray crock with Pam. Place tenderloin in crockpot. Combine brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce ketchup, water and garlic and pour over tenderloin. Cook on high for 3 hours. Thicken sauce with cornstarch mixed with a little water.
