    Crockpot Hamburger Cabbage Casserole

    6 Servings (1 1/4 Cup); 4 Points per serving

    List of Ingredients




    6 c. cabbage sliced (or bagged Cole Slaw Mix)
    1 lb. 96% lean ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 (25oz.) can Hunt's light spaghetti sauce (or any canned sauce - check pts.!)
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

    Recipe



    Place 3 cups cabbage in bottom of crock pot. Brown beef in non-stick skillet and drain fat. Put beef on top of cabbage in crock pot evenly. Sprinkle half of salt and
    pepper on to beef. Add onion evenly on top, then do the same with the rice. Top with remaining cabbage then sprinkle with the rest of the salt and pepper. Combine spaghetti sauce, water, basil, and seasoned salt in a bowl. Pour mixture over cabbage. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours.
