    List of Ingredients




    8 medium Rome apples -- washed and cored with an apple corer so there is a hole in the middle
    2 tablespoons raisins
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 tablespoons low fat margarine
    1/2 cup water

    Recipe



    Place apples in crock pot. Mix raisins and sugar; fill center of apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with margarine. Add water. Cover and cook on LOW overnight or 8 hours.
