List of Ingredients
1 pkg dry Angel Food cake mix
1 can light cherry pie filling (raspberry would work too)
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or mini chips)
1/4 cup chopped almonds
Recipe
Mix everything together and put in muffin tin sprayed with Pam. Fill cups 1/2 to 2/3 full and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min. They are done when lightly brown and cracked on top. You can dust with a little confectioner’s sugar. Or top with a little Light Cool whip.
