    2 Servings; 3 Points per serving

    2 Empire or other firm apples, peeled, cored and thinly
    sliced
    1/4 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
    2 Tbsp. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    Pinch of nutmeg
    2 tsp. tub-style margarine

    Recipe



    1. Spray a small microwave baking pan with Pam.

    2. Place apples in pan and cover with plastic wrap.
    Microwave on high, stirring once, until fruit is tender
    crisp, about 6 minutes.

    3. While apples are cooking, blend remaining ingredients
    by cutting with knives or scissors until it resembles
    crumbs.

    4. Sprinkle topping over fruit on High, uncovered,
    until fruit is tender and the topping is cooked, about
    6 minutes.
