    12 full sheets (48 crackers) reduced-fat graham crackers, broken into pieces
    1/4 cup reduced-calorie yogurt spread(brummel and brown)
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 1/4 cups mini marshmallows
    1/4 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
    2 tablespoons fat-free chocolate syrup

    Recipe



    1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9-inch springform pan with nonstick spray.
    2. Pulse the graham crackers, yogurt spread, and sugar in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the pan. Bake until just set, about 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F.3. Sprinkle the marshmallows and the chocolate chips onto the crust. Bake until the marshmallows are lightly browned, about 15 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes, then drizzle the top with the chocolate syrup.
