    9 Servings; 8 Points per serving

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 pounds ricotta cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    2 jars (25.5 ounces each)pasta sauce, any flavor
    12 extra-wide lasagna noodles , cooked according to package directions, drained, rinsed and patted dry
    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces) (skim milk cheese)

    Recipe



    1. Heat oven to 375ºF. Stir together ricotta, eggs, parsley and nutmeg; mix well.
    2. Spread 1 cup pasta sauce in bottom of rectangular baking dish, 9 x 13 x 2 inches. Arrange 4 noodles over sauce, overlapping slightly. Spread with half of the ricotta mixture. Spoon and spread 1 1/2 cups sauce over ricotta; sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella. Repeat layers, ending with layer of noodles and remaining sauce.
    3. Bake 35 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
