    4 Servings; 4 Points per serving

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups cornflakes
    1/2 cup feta cheese
    1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 teaspoon dried basil (or 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 pound chicken breast tenders

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a blender, combine cornflakes, both ceese, basil and salt, then blend until cornflakes are crushed. Scrape mixture into pie plate. Coat both sids of the chicken breast tenders in the mixture. Place on a shallow baking sheet coated with nonstick spray.
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes or untilno longer pink.
    Per serving: 213 calories, 33 g protein, 5 g fat, 13 g carbohydrates, 76 mh cholesterol, 662 mg sodium, 1 g fiber.
