Pepper Jack Skillet Fajitas

1 tablespoon canola oil
1 lb. chicken breast, no skin, no bone, R-T-C -- cut into strips
1 large green pepper -- cut into 2"-long strips
1 large onion -- sliced
1 can southwest Sytle Pepper Jack Soup -- (10 3/4 oz.)
8 fat free flour Tortillas -- warmed
Recipe
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD pepper and onion and cook over medium heat until tender.
ADD soup and heat through.
SPOON about 1/2 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold tortilla around filling. Makes 8 fajitas.
