Broccoli Salad

List of Ingredients
1 head broccoli, chopped into bite size pieces
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup red onions, chopped
2 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
¾ cup Ultra Lite Miracle Whip, add more if required
1/2 cup no-salt toasted sunflower seeds
5 slices cooked crisp turkey bacon, chopped
Recipe
Cook bacon till crisp. Crumble and set aside.
In a salad bowl, toss together broccoli, raisins and red onions (chopped). In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, vinegar and Miracle Whip. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle with sunflower seeds and crumbled bacon. Toss to serve.
