    8 Servings; 2 Points per serving

    List of Ingredients




    1 – 2 pound bag of frozen vegetables
    1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 green pepper chopped
    1 C. celery chopped
    1 small onion chopped

    Recipe



    Cook the bag of veggies, drain and cool. Then add other chopped veggies and beans.

    Combine 2T. Flour, ½ C. vinegar 3/4C Splenda, ½ c. water.
    Cook, stirring constantly to boil. Remove from heat and add 2 tsp prepared mustard. Cool.
    Add to vegetable mixture and salt and pepper to taste.

    Refrigerate at least overnight.

    Keeps well and can be frozen.
