Coleslaw with Jalapeno Mayonnaise

List of Ingredients
4 cups finely sliced green cabbage
2/3 cup frozen whole-kernal corn, thawed
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup each red and green bell pepper, finely sliced
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
3 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
1/3 cup low-fat mayo
1/3 cup fat free sour cream
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
Recipe
1. Combine first 8 ingredients ina a large bowl and toss.
2. Combine mayo and remaining 5 ingredients in a small bowl.
3. Add dressing to cabbage mixture, and toss gently. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
