Easy All American Potato Salad

2 pounds red potatoes
1/3 cup celery
1/3 cup onion
1 tablespoon relish
1 1/2 teaspoons relish
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/3 cup nonfat sour cream
2 tablespoons mustard
2 large egg whites
Recipe
Cut potatoes in 3/4" pieces and cover and cook for 10 mins. Boil eggs.
Rinse both with cold water and drain. Mix all the remaining ingredients
add potatoes and egg whitess. Chill for atleast an hour and serve.
