1 medium head cabbage
1/2 cup milk (fat free)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (fat free)
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted (98% fat-free)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
21 fat-free saltine crackers
Recipe
Chop cabbage into bite sized pieces and boil until just tender. Drain. In a casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray, crumble crackers to cover bottom. Mix together milk, mayonnaise, soup and pour over cabbage. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
