Broccoli, Cheese, And Rice Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup skim milk
4 ounces light Velveeta, cut into small cubes
20 ounces chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
10 ounces reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (don't add any water or milk to this!)
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of black pepper
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and spoon into a 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, it should be nice and bubbly and the top golden. Serve hot!
