2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 small head Cabbage, shredded
1 medium Onion, sliced
1 medium Green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 teaspoon Oregano
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Tomatoes, diced
Recipe
Melt the oil in a heavy skillet. Add the cabbage, onion, pepper and seasonings. Cover and cook over low heat until tender (stirring frequently). Add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes longer, uncovered.
